To make a complaint, please follow the steps below:
- Return/complaint form
Complete the return/complaint form or complete the necessary information on any template and attach it to your package. The document must include the following information: your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the appearance of the defect.

Please return the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. - Dispatch

Return of products
According to current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):

Attach all accessories received with the returned product(s) and receipt or invoice to the package containing the return and returned product(s).
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of the withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment to reimburse you as used for the first transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may refuse to refund you until you have received the products back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The term is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
For products that can be adapted/personalized or if the customer orders such adaptation/personalization, the right of revocation is waived. Products which are not prefabricated and which are produced exclusively to order and according to the wishes of the customer are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
