In our store, we collect the following personal data:
– First and last name/company name – when submitting a request, you will be asked to give your first and last name/company name so that we can send the request to you and contact you .
– Residential / business address – this address is necessary for us to send you the ordered product.
– Telephone number – we sometimes need to telephone you to confirm your order or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, for example if a product is not in stock, in order to offer you the most practical solution.
– E-mail address – we send you a confirmation of your order by e-mail, and we contact you by e-mail. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will also send you marketing information once or twice a month.
– Address – information resulting from the general principles of Internet connections, such as IP address (and other information present in the system logs) is used by the store administrator for technical reasons. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes – to gather general demographic information (for example, about the region for which the connection is intended).
