The Kira bed without a drawer is a high-quality boho-style bed.
It is made from solid, premium-grade pinewood beams.
This is a wonderful space not only for sleeping but also for safe play.
All screw joints in the bed are hidden. The bed is both hand and machine-sanded, with rounded edges.
Rails
The high headboard rail with an ornament is 43 cm high, providing ample support for the pillow or head. The long back and front rails are 31 cm high and can be removed later. The front rail comes in three length options: 1/2, 2/3, or 3/4 of the bed length. The barrier can be attached on either the right or left side (it is reversible).
There are visible holes in the vertical beam (leg) and bed frame, allowing the rail to be mounted on either side.
Bed Height
The bed’s height to the top edge of the ornamental rail is 80 cm.
The selected bed size corresponds to the mattress size.
For example, a 160×80 bed requires a mattress of the same size.
External dimensions of the bed: add 8 cm to the length and width.
Legs
The standard leg height of the bed is 10 cm. On request, we offer options for 1 cm legs or raised 20 cm legs. Please note this in the comments section when ordering.
Mattress Selection
The bed does not come with a mattress.
The mattress is recessed into the bed frame by approximately 3 cm.
We recommend a mattress thickness of up to 15 cm.
For example, with a 10 cm thick mattress, the child will sleep at a height of 25 cm.
The bed comes with a full set of screws and a slatted base made from pinewood. The slats are 6 cm wide, with gaps of 6-8 cm, depending on the bed size.
